surreal houses by matthias jung

This week our 'artist love' goes to Matthias Jung, a German graphic designer who mesmerises us with his compositions of surreal homes, or as he calls them 'architectural short poems'.

Jung uses his photographs and arranges them in unexpected ways, so we can visualize a hole new perspective on how we could see the world.

These are just so dreamy, I could have not share them with you.

Find Matthias' full works on his website (here).

If you like this, you will also like Laurent Chehere's 'Flying Houses' (check them here!)

Have a great day...and be inspired!

a colourful winter by florent tanet

As we find ourselves steaming through a hot and colourful summer, I thought nothing could be as fresh and exciting as Florent Tanet's project 'a colourful winter'.

Tanet is a young Parisian photographer and fashion designer with a special eye for graphic design and visual art, presenting us with this appetising fruit photography essay so refreshing and interesting in the most suitable summer colours...which, I'm sure, will delight you!

Visit Florent's website (here) for more images of this project and all others.

abandoned love

Abandoned Love is a project by Peyton Fulford, who transforms private thoughts, random messages and diary entries that people send her via tumblr into banners and places them on abandoned buildings in the city of Columbia, Georgia - that way those heartfelt words are everyone's, those feelings of abandonment belong to all of us who have ever felt like that before.

Fulford states:

"With this project, I wanted to materialize a private moment by sharing it publicly. I think it is interesting to transform the intangibility of the internet into a tangible creation that is viewable not only online but also in the real world."
