here is one of my latest photos which I took on a recent work trip. Although the train was moving, the sun was so gorgeous and as soon as we have passed this amazing inviting beach, I could not resist.
You can use it as a screensaver or simply print it and add it to your inspiration board!
I hope you enjoy it and get inspired for something new and wonderful!

Hello friends! I hope you didn't think I had forgotten you and our new desktop background.
So it is, September is here and I can not believe there are only 4 months until the end of this year!
This will be an 'almost' new season, since in some places it is still pretty warm as some of you are still enjoying the summer vacations, others will already feel a change in the weather, in the air, in the leaves on the ground and start to embrace the magic of Fall {ooh, can't wait!}.
So to celebrate the brand new month of September here are a couple of FREE backgrounds I made just for you - one design with my newest 'trend love' -the cacti-, and the other is the celebration that is the start to school {yay!}
So, my dears, I hope you love them and I hope you can proudly display them on your tech!
{Let me know which is your favourite}.

I took this photo on a cherry blossom in bloom just right outside my door, as I went to the store at the weekend. It definitely must be one of my favourite trees, as I get stunned, every year, by their beauty - as if winter took the memory of them away and then suddenly, as spring blooms, I get surprised all over again, and mesmerised with their splendour and simplicity.
This year I have decided not to have our usual desktop calendars but instead have lovely pc and tablet/phone backgrounds you can use all year 'round.
What do you think of that idea?
To add them, you just need to click the image below (for pc and laptop) and save it as your background. For the phone and tablet backgrounds you do just the same, but using the images further down the post...that's it!!

And so we slip into December (already!).
How quick this year went, right?!
As usual I concoct a few lovely desktop calendars to celebrate the new months and share them with you. In December we will have three (yes, three!) designs so I hope you like them.
This first design with the paper cranes is to end the year as we started. Do you remember the calendar for January (see it here)? So it goes that the cranes are a symbol of happiness and prosperity, of eternal luck... so that's the best way to end the year and get ready for a brand new one, don't you think?

Hello sweeties, here we are again in a brand new month.
I have designed two FREE calendars for you, to celebrate the grand month of November, so just click the image for a larger size and save it as your desktop image.
The first design I wanted to add soft toned-down colours, something earthy and that would reflect the approaching changing season - from autumn to winter - so I got inspired by last week's inspirational post 'archipelago of kisses'.
The second one is self explanatory, it is the month where (in the UK at least!) the gentleman are invited not to shave since day 1 on behalf of men's health, participating either alone or in teams whilst raising money for charity (if you would like to know more please check Movember's website here). But don't despair if you think that suddenly the world will be filled with grizzly bears everywhere....they shave back on the 30th of November for a clean lean face ready for the month of Christmas.
Please pick your calendar, let me know which is your favourite and feel free to share...let's hope it's a good month for all of us (with or without the beard)!

Hi friends, are you already enjoying your holidays? Or still waiting?
As it is the height of Summer here, in Portugal, most people are starting to take on the bliss of their summer vacation.
Others, are coming back and going through the 'vacation blues', and others only get to dream it...stuck somewhere in an office.
Whether a vacation, an escape, a wonderlust, a dream...we all navigate mentally somewhere sometimes, is it?!
It is with me!
So that was the inspiration for this free facebook cover photo which you can add to your personal profile and share it around. I have used it on my profile and somehow it got to be spread around (or as they say ´'it got viral'!)...so I thought that you might like it too.
This is for you, whom, like me, sometimes navigate out of your phisical constraints and (freely) mentally travel somewhere else.
The cover photo was also inspired by a song, which you can listen below. The image was simply taken from it.
This song is part of my springtime playlist which I will also share with you soon, and one of the ones I've been listening to a lot lately.
Hope you enjoy both the cover and the tune!
Love,
Pippa
