The First Snow

It definitely feels like Christmas.

We have had the first snow this weekend, the kids were out on the street, first thing in the morning, calling the other kid neighbours and getting into the joyous fun of playing in the snow. It's so nice to have your breakfast on a chilly winter morning like that, look through the window and see the beautiful white landscape with all its pretty details and snow covered mundane items suddenly turning into something of magical! ...Oh! and hear the children outside amongst laughs and carol singing {have I just described a Christmas music video from the 80s!?}.
